A new date for Briony and Ryan, plus a treat

The Florist and the Fighter was due to be published on 25 August. It’s now coming out on 23 September instead.
Here’s the honest reason why. This is the most ambitious book we’ve written—a brand-new series, a hero unlike anyone we’ve written before, and a story that goes to some heart-wrenching places between the banter and the bruises. (Ryan’s an MMA fighter. The bruises are literal.)
We’ve fallen ridiculously hard for Briony and Ryan, and when we looked at what was left to do, we realised we had a choice: rush the last stretch and hand you something that was nearly right, or take a few more weeks and give these two the story they deserve.
So: 23 September. If you’ve already pre-ordered, you don’t need to do a thing—your pre-order simply moves to the new date and lands on your Kindle that morning.

Briony normally avoids confrontation. She doesn’t even like swearing. But tonight, with her dog Penny for backup, she’s had enough.
